IMPORTANT TO KNOW
• The day before the examination, exclude gas-forming foods (milk, cabbage, brown bread, legumes, fresh vegetables and fruits, sweet foods);
• Use an absorbent at night (dose determined by the doctor);
• Come to the examination on an empty stomach: do not drink, do not eat, do not take medication;
• For ultrasound of the bladder: come to the examination with a full bladder (1 hour before the examination you must drink 500 ml of water).
• Transabdominal (through the stomach) gynecological ultrasound requires bladder preparation: drink 1-1.5 liters of non-carbonated liquid 1 hour before the procedure and do not urinate before the examination;
• Transvaginal (through the vagina) gynecological ultrasound does not require special preparation; the study is performed with an empty bladder;
• Maternity ultrasound (ultrasound during pregnancy) is performed with an average full bladder (drink 2 glasses of liquid 1 hour before the procedure);
• For ultrasound of the mammary glands: The test is performed on days 5-10 of the menstrual cycle. per day (day 1 is the beginning of menstruation).
• Cleanse the intestines 2-3 hours before the procedure:
- an enema can be used (1.5 liters of water at room temperature);
- use micro enemas (Norgalax, Microlax). After a certain time you have to go to the toilet;
- use a glycerin suppository that is inserted into the anus. When the desire appears, you need to go to the toilet.
• Carry out a hygienic water procedure.



Cost of outpatient services
Consultations and diagnostics are carried out by appointment:
- with a referral from a family doctor (state program, only the patient's contribution is paid);
- without family doctor referral as paid services (the full service fee is paid).
